PAYMENT AND PRICE
All prices quoted and charged for the skip bin hire and services are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST.
REFUNDS / RETURN OF GOODS
If a skip bin is faulty upon delivery by Coastline Skips, or not fit for purpose, then we will happily exchange the skip bin at no additional cost.
We may provide a refund if an order is placed and we fail to delivery the skip bin. Alternatively we may provide other solutions, such as delivery of a skip bin at a new time.
General Terms & Conditions
1. ASSETS HIRED: All hired skips/assets from Coastline Skips will remain property of Coastline Skips.
2. HIRE LENGTH AGREEMENT: All skips/assets hired from Coastline Skips will remain on property for the agreed paid length of time, extended period of hire outside agreed time will add additional charges.
3. PLACEMENT: Coastline skips will not accept any responsibility for any damages to property belonging to the customer or any other persons, injury to person or persons, however damage or injury was caused, to the maximum extent permitted by law And to Indemnify Coastline Skips against any liability for damages caused to any driveway, pavement path, kerbing, or other surfaces as a result of the function performed.
4. DAMAGES TO ASSETS: Any damages to skips/assets from time of hire to time of collection, additional charges may apply.
5. OVERLOADING: Coastline Skips reserves the right to remove any overloaded items from skip to comply with legal Transportation requirements.
6. ASBESTOS SKIPS: Coastline Skips will supply and line your skip with the industry standard plastic out of common courtesy. Asbestos waste producers are liable to make sure the skip is double lined within the industry standard. Asbestos waste skips must be sealed and secured in compliance with state and industry guidelines/standards. Coastline Skips has the right to refuse pickup of unsecured skips, unsealed skips and additional charges will apply for a return pick up. Asbestos skips must be placed within the property boundary.
7. DANGEROUS GOODS: Dangerous Goods guidelines will be determined based on the Dangerous good received. Please contact office for further information.
8. INDEMNITY: To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Customer shall be responsible for and indemnify COASTLINE SKIPS from and in respect of all liabilities, claims, damages, actions, costs, and expenses (including enforcement and or legal) that may be incurred by COASTLINE SKIPS on a full indemnity basis because of any breach by the Customer of the Agreement.
